Main aim of the activity:
The aim of the tool is to teach the basics of social awareness, teamwork and conflict management through helping team members understand each other by sharing their values, experience, ambitions, strengths and weaknesses and building the team dynamics based on the characteristics of the team members.
This is based on the 16 personality test.
