14. See Yourself - Self Awareness

The main aim of the activity: This activity will help to increase Self Awareness in young people.


Target group: 16 - 29 years of age


Participants: Up to 10


Time: Around an hour


Method:

1. Everyone has a piece of paper and a different coloured pen.

2. With your left hand, draw anything on a piece of paper in less of a minute.

3. Highlight one detail of the visible object in your drawing.

4. On the other side of sheet of paper, the participants write with their own pen: For example 'I am grass and I feel fresh'. Therefore they write what they are feeling through other objects.

5. The participants send their sheets to the others and everyone reads how the other objects are feeling, until the paper returns to the owner.

6. Everyone reads what is written in different colours.

7. Facilitate debriefing with discussions, feelings and emotions.

8. An organized exhibition will be presented with the drawings hanging on the walls.
