F.E.E.L. AT A GLANCE

The main aim of the training course, “F.E.E.L. (Fearless, Emotional, and Engaged Leaders) is to increase the emotional intelligence competences of 31 youth workers from Malta, Spain, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Turkey, Romania, and Greece. Through this training course participants will develop their knowledge, attitudes, and skills in the following areas of emotional intelligence: Self-Awareness, Other Awareness, Personal Motivation, Self-Regulation, and Relationship Management.
