Main aim of the session:

This session helps to make the youngsters realise that they have the control over their (relationship managing) feelings. The main aim In the end of this session, the participants know how to implement the tiny habits method in their relationship management.


The message behind: Be mindful and create your own habits.


Target group: Youngsters of age 16 and over.


Group size: 15 persons


Time limit: 2-3 hours


Guidelines:

This training session is based on experiential learning cycle by David Colb (https://www.demturkey.com/en/publications/experiential-pedagogy-of-the-oppressed/) and PhD BJ Fogg’s method of creating tiny habits (https://www.tinyhabits.com/). It includes several methods and activities for different learning styles to guarantee that the people with different learning preferences are actively included in learning process.
