Main aim of the activity: The aim for this journal is to create a grateful mindset, which in turn will increase your happiness by 40%. Scientists have concluded that this percentage is a result of your attitude towards life.


Target audience: 13 + years of age


Guidelines: Target audience is invited to grab a notebook (a recycled one is good) or create a word document and set aside 5 minutes each week to answer these questions.
